Fender Tone Master Princeton Reverb - Guitar Straight In Sounds

Published
I was really impressed with the direct-in, "clean-ish" tones in my first video, but folks were curious about how the Tone Master Princeton Reverb sounded outside the context of effects. Here I set the amp to 8, dialed in a bit of amp reverb, and mic-d it up with a Cascade Fat Head ribbon mic to capture how the amp sounds in a room. Even at the 1.5 watt mode it was plenty loud in my basement studio, and the dynamics as you dig in or pull back were really nice.
