Full Body No Repeat Work It Circuit -This is a great combination of strength and cardio! I love the format where we set up the dumbbells around the mat and go from one exercise to the next. This is a fast and fun no repeat workout, so no one is getting bored. We are targeting the total body in today's workout as well.
