A Fender amp in need of D-Lab assistance. This one was cutting out intermittently. So, here is some quick advice. Do's and don't s. Tony C can let you know the real story. I ended up installing a set of under the chassis mount cinch type octal sockets. Lucky they fit the unique 1" mounting hole. It is a good idea to periodically inspect your tube sockets. Look for sloppy sockets, chips or signs of overheating. Replacing them before they damage your expensive tubes!
