In this video I'm comparing a bunch of EQ/Gain/Jumpering settings on my 2019 Marshall Studio Vintage SV20H. Hopefully it can be of utility for you to find the settings you need. I'm playing the amp through a 1971 Marshall 1960A 4x12 with The stock G12M25 75Hz T1221 Pulsonic coned Greenbacks using a 202X Nordin Comet Krystin guitar. The close mic is a 1970s Uniudyne IV 548 and the Room mic is an AKG C414BXLII.
