Jacob Oulanyah’s brother remembers last hours of speaker’s life

Deceased Speaker of Parliament, Jacob Oulanyah breathed his last, with a heavy heart according to his brother Joel Francis Emona.

Emona while speaking to NTV in Muyenga on Monday, said his late brother struggled to speak to them in vain. Here is what transpired at the late Oulanyah's hospital bed a few hours before his death.
