Kenya Kwanza and Azimio prepare for Thursday showdown on house Speakers

The race for national assembly and senate speaker jobs is shaping up into a return match pitting president elect William Ruto’s Kenya kwanza alliance Against Azimio La Umoja One Kenya coalition party. In the national assembly speaker’s contest, ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula has quit his Bungoma senatorial seat to face off with former Speaker Kenneth Marende for speaker of the national assembly. In the senate, wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka will lock horns with former Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi. And as Francis Gachuri reports, the Thursday speaker elections will be yet another game of numbers for the rival Kenya Kwanza and Azimio La Umoja coalitions.
