Lecture 11: N-path bandpass filter; deriving the N-path filter, HTFs for the 4-path filter

This lecture explains how to improve the LPTV bandpass filter (discussed in earlier lectures) by applying the N-path principle. Following this, it discusses how choosing the duty cycle to be equal to 1/N can greatly simplify the circuit, giving rise to the popular and extremely useful N-path filter. The harmonic transfer function (HTF) of the 4-path filter is derived for specific frequencies.
