इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने लाउडस्पीकर को लेकर बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. हाईकोर्ट ने कहा है कि मस्जिद में अजान के लिए लाउडस्पीकर का इस्तेमाल करना मौलिक अधिकार नहीं आता. लाउडस्पीकर का इस्तेमाल किए जाने की इजाजत दिए जाने की मांग करने वाली याचिका को खारिज करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि लाउडस्पीकर की इजाजत के लिए कोई अन्य ठोस आधार नहीं दिए गए हैं .
