Making Open Baffle Speakers - Shaping and Sanding - Part 4

Published
I said in a previous video that there's not much speaker building involved in an open baffle speaker, but I think I've found the exception. I spent the best part of two days doing the shaping and final sanding, and that was after three full days to assemble just one speaker. So yeah, lots of building going on!
But I really like how it's looking so far. And a major part of the overall look is the layers of lighter and darker cherry that add just the right amount of visual interest to an already visually interesting design.
Next step is to put this out in the daylight to darken the cherry and put together the second speaker. I learned a lot from building the first one and I also have it as a model for number two.
