The first cousin of leading presidential contender Bongbong Marcos is expected to become the House Speaker of the incoming 19th Congress. More than two months before the formal election of the next speaker takes place, Leyte Congressman Ferdinand Martin Romualdez already received the support of the emerging super majority in the House of Representatives.
