In this video we check out a 2009 Marshall MA50C combo. It's an all tube 50W amp with an Eminence speaker and it sounds surprisingly good. It does a killer mid 70s Black Sabbath tone for instance. I'm using a 2008 Gibson Les Paul R9 to demo it today. The close mic is a 1960s Beyerdynamic M160 Ribbon mic and the room mic is a mid 2000s AKG C414BXLII Condenser. API 312 Mic Pres for both.
