Maycom EM27 PR27/97 UK/EU FM CB radio - repair & service

Well this scrap set nearly got repaired, but deviation won;t go above 1.7Khz rather than 2.2Khz that I would like it to be.

Severe corrosion to the PCB on both siedes caused by the memory backup battery leaking. Very late versions had a memory capacitor instead.

Other than that the set worked well with excellent sensitivity & transmitting at a full 4w output.
