McIntosh MC 3500 Amplifiers and Rockport Cygnus Music Clips, Review and Comparisons - 3mA Audio

Fresh out the box, I put the McIntosh MC3500 amps to the test. These were the very first tracks played on them, and they were matched with the venerable Rockport Cygnus.

I used a variety of tracks that included male/female vocals, quartets, pop, rock, and even rap. The recording qualities also vary, but that serves the second purpose of this video.

In the second half, I play many of these same tracks on my system. It's not meant to be a gear comparison though. It will be totally different versions of these songs that most people can't play on their system or experience in the same fashion.

Hopefully it will be an ear-opening experience and something for you to consider to improve your system enjoyment.
