MERANGKAI KELISTRIKAN CNC DAN SETUP MACH3 ( 2021 )

Di video ini saya akan menjelaskan buat teman-teman yang baru memulai membuat CNC untuk pemotong plasma. Yaitu tentang bagaimana merangkai kelistrikan untuk semua komponen-komponen yg ada di CNC.

Video ini akan menjadi dua bagian. Bagian pertama adalah cara merangkai kelistrikan, dan bagian dua adalah cara seting pada bagian software pengontrolnya yaitu Mach3.

Komponen-komponen yg perlu dipersiapkan adalah:
1. Satu buah board Mach3 USB interface board.
2. Tiga buah Driver motor stepper TB 6600.
3. Tiga buah motor stepper.
4. Enam buah limit switch.
5. Satu buah micro switch.
6. Satu buah tombol emergency atau stop.
7. Power supply DC 12 volt 2 amper.
Dan 8 adalah power supply DC 48 volt 20 amper.

Kita mulai dari penyambungan board mach3 ke driver motor stepper.

Sambungkan terminal XP dan XD dari board Mach3 ke terminal PUL negatip dan DIR negatip dari driver motor sumbu X.

Sambungkan terminal YP dan YD dari board Mach 3 ke terminal PUL negatip dan DIR Negatip dari driver motor sumbu Y.

Sambungkan terminal ZP dan ZD dari Mach3 ke terminal PUL negatip dan DIR negatip dari driver motor sumbu Z.

Kemudian ke 3 motor sumbu X. Motor Sumbu Y. Dan motor sumbu Z dihubungkan ke 4 terminal fasa driver motor.

Ada 3 jenis motor stepper dipasaran menurut 4 warna kabel yg ada, seperti terlihat di tabel berikut ini. Jadi teman-teman tinggal menyesuaikan dengan motor stepper yang kalian sudah beli.


Kemudian kita beralih pada bagian input board mach Three.
Yaitu terminal IN3, IN4 DAN IN5 dihubungkan ke limit switch sumbu X, Y, dan Z.
Dimana setiap sumbu ada 2 limit switch minimum dan maksimum yang dihubungkan secara paralel.

Input IN2 dihubungkan ke sensor sumbu Z. Sensor ini bisa berupa micro switch, atau proximity sensor, atau ohmic sensor.

Input IN1 dihubungkan ke tombol emerjensi atau stop.

Ground dari kesemua input tersebut dihubungkan ke satu titik ground input mach three.

Input positip dan negatip dihubungkan ke power supply 12 volt 2 amper.

Terakhir adalah menyambungkan driver motor sumbu X, Y, dan Z ke power supply 48 volt 20 amper.

Selanjutnya video bagian dua akan menjelaskan cara setting software mach three sehingga sesuai dengan apa yg telah kita rangkai disini. Karena perlu diketahui bahwa semua output dan input mach Three bisa diprogram sesuai keinginan kita.

In this video I will explain to friends who are just starting to make CNC for plasma cutters. That is about how to assemble electricity for all the components in the CNC.

This video will be in two parts. The first part is how to assemble electricity, and part two is how to set it up on Mach3.

The components that need to be prepared are:
1. One Mach3 USB interface board.
2. Three TB 6600 stepper motor Drivers.
3. Three stepper motors.
4. Six limit switches.
5. One micro switch.
6. One emergency or stop button.
7. Power supply DC 12 volts 2 amperes.
And 8 is a 48 volt 20 ampere DC power supply.

We start from connecting the mach3 board to the stepper motor driver.

Connect the XP and XD terminals of the Mach3 board to the negative PUL and negative DIR terminals of the X-axis motor driver.

Connect the YP and YD terminals of the Mach 3 board to the negative PUL and Negative DIR terminals of the Y-axis motor driver.

Connect terminals ZP and ZD of Mach3 to the negative PUL and negative DIR terminals of the Z-axis motor driver.

Then to 3 X-axis motors. Y-axis motors. And Z-axis motors are connected to the 4 phase terminals of the motor driver.

There are 3 types of stepper motors on the market according to the 4 cable colors available, as shown in the following table. So friends, just adjust to the stepper motor that you have bought.


Then we move on to the Mach Three board input section.
That is, terminals IN3, IN4 AND IN5 are connected to the X, Y, and Z axis limit switches.
Where each axis there are 2 limit switches minimum and maximum which are connected in parallel.

The IN2 input is connected to a Z-axis sensor. This sensor can be a micro switch, or a proximity sensor, or an ohmic sensor.

Input IN1 is connected to the emergency or stop button.

The ground of all these inputs is connected to a single Mach three input ground point.

The positive and negative inputs are connected to a 12 volt 2 ampere power supply.

Finally, connect the X, Y, and Z axis motor drivers to a 48 volt 20 ampere power supply.

Next, part two of the video will explain how to set Mach3 software so that it matches what we have compiled here. Because please note that all Mach Three outputs and inputs can be programmed according to our wishes.
