MP Cecilia Ogwal eulogises the late speaker, Jacob Oulanyah

The Dokolo Woman Member of Parliament, Cecilia Ogwal, has eulogized the former Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah as a good mobilizer while he was a youth in the Uganda People's Congress party. According to Ogwal, he met Oulanyah while he was still in school and admired his leadership skills. Ogwal also said that the only person who can replace Oulanyah as speaker of parliament should come from the ruling NRM party.
