Namuganza, speaker feud - Baryomonsi proposes a truce for harmony to prevail

A truce to have harmony between Speaker of Parliament Anita Among and Housing State Minister Persis Namuganza is being proposed to ensure peace between the two.
Minister for information, Communications Technology and National Guidance Dr Chris Barymonunsi prefers a peaceful resolution as opposed to a censure motion.
Addressing journalists at Media Center in Kampala, Baryomunsi appeals to Parliament to concentrate more on development-oriented activities as opposed to what he says is petty.
