PMQs: Tory MP defects to Labour, Speaker goes mental at backbencher booing

In a fizzing session of #PMQs speaker of the house of commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle was forced to interrupt Boris Johnson and Sir Keir Starmer on nine separate occasions, after the MP for Bury South Christian Wakeford defected to the Labour party.

Conservative MPs were audibly hissing at their old colleague.
