The Polestar 2 is a brand new EV with a lot of power, and the owner has decided to secure their new asset by adding a Thatcham approved Vodafone S5 VTS tracker.

The S5 VTS tracker utilises ADR (driver recognition) tags to identify authorised use of the vehicle. If neither of the tags are present in the vehicle when it is started or moved, you will recieve notifications to your mobile device from vodafone to confirm the use. If the vehicle is being used without your permission, vodafone will start the recovery process liasing directly with the police!

The S5 VTS also comes with a mobile application, My Connected Car, available on the App Store and Google Play store, which you can demo for free! The app allows you to monitor the live position of the vehicle, as well as set geofences, speed alerts, check over previous journey details and more.
