One of my coaching clients came for a 3 day visit where we absolutely crushed a push pull legs split workout plan, devoured delicious meals, and enjoyed some great discussions about genetic potential, best rep range, training to failure, mind-muscle connection, rest intervals, lifting tempo, and when to bulk or cut.
