PushPull 6AV5 Stereo Power Amplifier build

Published
Here I show my latest amplifer build: a 6AV5 push pull ultra linear amplifier which uses cathode bias and a 12AV7 as phase splitter and driver.
I designed the amplifier over a year ago, only recently I managed to build it.
The output power is 12 watts per channel, no feedback loop is used. The frequency range in 8 ohms is flat from 20Hz until 60 kHz.

Sound recording:
The sound in this video is recorded from this actual amplifier driving a pair of Yamaha NS-1000M loudspeakers using two Shure SM57 microphones.
At the end of the video the recording setup is visible.

Music:
The track is made by Simon Mills and is called 'Redwood UHF'.
