This is very simple video about how to repair a leaking inner tube of a Moped or bicycle. The only unique element in this video is this: how to prevent that the rubber cement that bonds the rubber plackard (the repairing pad) to the inner rubber tube dries out very quick, say within 6 months, making it unusable.

Cleaning of the leaking place (small hole, bigger hole) on the inner tube has to be done with what we call in the Netherlands, “wasbenzine”, the litt. translation of that word is “cleaning benzine”.

I am almost sure that, in chemical terms, that “wasbenzine” can be be named “pentane” (Dutch word: Pentaan, due to my earlier experiences & work in the past).

When the rubber glue (made for this special purpose) is tightly packed/packaged into a few layers of plastic tissue (plastic sacs) clamped together with some rubber bands it will not dry out easily.

With the showed solution the rubber glue will not dry out easily. Even after (say) 2 to 3 years you have the rubber cement usable, when it was/is packed like this.

I tested that and it worked always.

My You Tube channel trailer is here: https://youtu.be/xbgQ8T3oqh4 When you search, search always “NEWEST FIRST” to get the right overview. You can also search via the “looking glass” on my Channel trailer via keywords like ”audio”, “radio”, “amplifier”, “filter”, “Shortwave”, “transistor”, “FET”, “oscillator”, “generator”, “switch”, “schmitt trigger” etc; so the electronic subject you are interested in.

My books about electronics & analog radio technology are available via the website of "LULU”, search for author “Ko Tilman” there.

I keep all my YT videos constant actual, so the original video’s with the most recent informations are always on YouTube. Search there, and avoid my circuits that are republished, re-arranged, re-edited on other websites, giving not probable re-wiring, etc. Some persons try to find gold via my circuits. I take distance from all these fake claims. I cannot help that these things happen. Upload 1 september 2022.
