Robert and Alex talk about how to get good sound, how to make sure we hear recorded music properly.

My good friend and partner in audiophile crime, Robert Brook, agreed to humour me today with his advice on how to pursue the good sound. Robert is very knowledgeable and experienced in building high performing, neutral sound systems (you can read more no his web site https://www.thebrokenrecord.net/).

I think today we have barely scratched the surface and it will be great to continue our exploration. Bottom line, hearing those famous guitar players the way they wanted to be heard (meaning playing their recordings on a good stereo system) is the best way to improve our understanding and our own guitar playing.

Thanks again, Robert, looking forward to our next chat!
