Originally, I’d thought this would be a 2-part episode but I figured I’d just put it all out there at once for you to watch at your leisure.

I love Brownface Fender amps. They’re my favorite. I wish they were still a bargain buy. But, the flippers changed that. Having owned, gigged, and/or used every Brownface Fender, I wanted to share my experience with the culture here.

Speaker in this 1961 Vibrolux is a Weber Alnico.

The big speakers underneath the amps: thanks to Uncle Gary for his service overseas many years ago and for bringing these Bose 901’s back with him from the Far East.
