Selmer 100 PA to Guitar Amp Conversion Part 2 Rebuilding the Power Supply Tackling the Safety Issues

So here is part 2 of the Selmer PA to guitar amplifier journey, taking this amp from an unusable relic to a kick ass guitar amp that should last for years. In part 2 we rebuild the power supply and address some of the safety issues that this amplifier has. Some from poor maintenance over the years and some from when it left the factory way back in the early mid 1970s.
