SHARINGAIN LONGKUMER TAKES OATH AS SPEAKER OF 14th NAGALAND LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY

Aonglenden MLA Sharingain Longkumer has been elected unopposed as the speaker of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly. Longkumer was the sole MLA to file nomination for the speaker's post. The 1st session of 14th NLA began on March 20, wherein Sharingain Longkumer took oath as the speaker of 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly. Protem speaker Mhathung Yanthan administered the oath. Longkumer will serve as the speaker of the Assembly for his 2nd term
