US House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, a Republican from California, talks about the importance of the relationship with Taiwan, the need to reach a deal on the debt ceiling, and his thoughts on the arrest of former President Donald Trump. He just met with Taiwan's President Tsai Ing-wen at the Reagan Presidential Library. He spoke to Bloomberg's Annmarie Hordern after on "Balance of Power."
