The Speaker Of The House Of Commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle lost his temper with the government on Monday when he lashed out at the chancellor of the exchequer Rishi Sunak who spoke to the media about details of his budget some days before he was to present it to parliament. The normal procedure is for ministers to present their budget to the house and for MPs to scrutinize it. However the Tories leaking it, means they can get a reaction from the public before hand in order to keep or remove parts following that reaction.
