The scramble for Bungoma Senate seat has hit fever pitch, 5 days to the ballot. National Assembly speaker Moses Wetangula, whose resignation occasioned the repeat poll, was back home, accompanied by Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, to campaign for Ford Kenya candidate Wakoli Wafula. The Wetangula succession race has sparked sibling rivalry within the ruling Kenya Kwanza coalition, with UDA fronting Mwambu Mabonga in the Wednesday by-election. And as Maryanne Nyambura reports, voters in Garissa, Kandara, and Elgeyo Marakwet are also warming up for repeat polls in their regions
