State Perspectives on Reasonable and Prudent Parent Standards (audio description)

Published
Describes how the Reasonable and Prudent Parent Standard has been implemented in one State to promote normalcy for children in foster care. Amanda Williams, a Florida foster parent, and Stephen Pennypacker, CEO of Partnerships for Strong Families, Inc.—a community-based service provider in Florida—share their work to support parent and caregiving decision making.

Additionally, this webinar contains a brief recap of the P.L. 113-183 provisions related to the RPPS requirements by the Capacity Building Center for States and our Texas-based young adult consultant, Tymothy Belseth.
