The international community have to understand that not all Taliban members are bad, and there are good ones that mean well for the country after realizing the impacts on its citizens as a result of the 13 year Afghanistan war.
What it means for Taliban 2.0?
In order for them to gain legitimacy in government they are required to prove to the international community adhere to international guidelines relating to human rights issues, women rights, equal rights across religious groups, incorruptibility in government, administering proper rule of laws and policing, no involvement in drug or criminal related activities, sharing of government power. These are some important steps for them to gain legitimacy, funding aid for afghan government and its citizens
Moreover to administer good governance we do not use power and instilling fear to oppress our citizens into submission. We depend on our military to serve our citizens and help rebuild our country, using power for the right use. Through deployment of military troops, they could aid in many emergency situation and nation building, as proven in the case of Covid 19 Pandemic. The international community must continually support afghan citizens and its new interim government in decisive decision making and leadership guidance.
"A future Afghan government that upholds the basic rights of its people and that doesn’t harbor terrorists is a government we can work with and recognize. Conversely, a government that doesn’t do that, that doesn’t uphold the basic rights of its people, including women and girls, that harbors terrorist groups that have designs on the United States or our allies and partners, certainly that’s not going to happen.
The Taliban will be judged on their actions — how they respect the international commitments made by the country, how they respect basic rules of democracy and rule of law. … The biggest red line is respect for human rights and the rights of women, especially."

The Taliban hold a military parade in Kandahar, Afghanistan's second-largest city and the militants' spiritual heartland, using former Afghan and international forces vehicles and helicopters to inaugurate their new "Islamic Emirate Army". Military vehicles drove down Kandahar's main road, past onlookers while religious music blasted from loudspeakers.
