The BEST Tool for CRT Repair | Test capacitors in-circuit!

This is a Sony PVM 1342Q Trinitron CRT monitor manufactured in 1988. It has seen its better days. Today we will restore it and use a special tool to help us in the process. This ESR Meter can be used to test capacitors in circuit on a PCB. After restoring the CRT, I will modify it to allow for audio input on the RGB input.
