Two DIY Boost Pedal Circuits - On Breadboards.

I try out a couple of boost circuits.

One is the pre-amp boost with the 2N5089 Transistor as the main component.

The Other if a MOSFET Clean Boost based around the BS170 Transistor.

The latter boost pedal being one half of the infamous EQD Life Pedal.

So I try this out with a RAT and Octave up effect to get those pseudo Life Pedal feels.

I'm going to be boxing these up into small enclosures for easy fit on my pedal board.
