Join me for this Ultimate 40 min full body no repeat dumbbell home workout mash-up.

I have taken 4 sections from our Kickstart program and spliced them together to create the ultimate mash-up no repeat home dumbbell workout

This one will be a lot of fun and will give you a serious workout regardless of what weights you're using.

Being a no repeat workout also as with them it will feel you're flying through it as we never go back to the same exercise

If you have a selection of at least 3 different weight dumbbells that would be awesome , but just work with what you have got.

A lighter set, a moderate and a slightly heavier set would be perfect

For each of the 40 exercises what we are going to be doing it

1 minute of workout
10 seconds rest

After each round we will take a quick extended 30 second rest before moving onto the next section

There will be 4 sections in total which include

Section 1 - Upper body
Section 2 - Lower body work
Section 3 - Full body compound work
Section 4 - Abs & Core

Ok, so grab those dumbbells , some water and a little space and let's go!!
