Abstract: Analytical description and optimization of a ultra-low power and high sensitivity Micromechanical Receiver. The system is composed by a passive piezo resonator, a passive MEMS demodulator and a CMOS TIA for the triggering of a latch rectifier. Aim is to target -100 dBm with less than 10 nW of power consumption.
