To let you guys know how honestly serious I am about this this video title, Ive got an open $500 bet and challenge to any person out there that thinks they have a more real sounding amplifier.

S.E.T. (Single Ended Triode) is the best sounding of the tube amp designs. (NOT the same as wiring a Pentode in Triode fashion) You will always know a S.E.T. because it only has ONE SINGLE output tube per channel and that tube has a SINGLE element inside. (Some tubes are dual triode) These are the amps that have between 1 Watt and 8 Watts (90% of S.E.T. Designs) some cats go to 800 series tubes (805, 811, 845, and the GM70) and can get up to like 20 to 30W of pure Class A SET, but those numbers wont control a planar speaker or a "Magico" type box speaker, meaning hard to drive.
The ONLY Answer to that is NAT AUDIO of Serbia. With NAT, we have 3 options for "BIG DOG" S.E.T. amps , respectively 80W, 130W, and 170W out of single ended Triode tubes made for Radio Transmission by the Russian Military (its a big ass country) Thank God these are NOT recognized as HiFi tubes or they would cost a LOT more than thier current "Street" value of around $150 brand new. There are plenty out there still and each pair of these I sell comes with an extra pair of tubes. They are extremely hard to damage and will last between 5000 and 10,000 hours depending on if you use them at high (170W) or low (60W).
Other Mega tube amps use multiples of smaller tubes , killing the S.E.T. Magic, and costing thousands to retube ... Bummer.... Audiophiles with the means compare the Magma New to WAVAC top of the line tube monos costing hundreds of thousands and these are only $50K with a 5 YEAR Warranty and extra set of tubes. A TRUE HiFi Bargain for REAL "END GAME" Monos...
